Dead Man’s Whiskey are a 5-piece hard rock band from London UK. Formed in early 2016, the London five piece bring a powerful blend of classic and modern rock, combining heavy riffs with anthemic choruses and stadium sized power ballad. After the release of their 2017 debut album ‘Under the Gun’, Dead Man’s Whiskey have wasted no time in becoming one of the UK’s hottest up and coming hard rock acts, taking the Rising Stage by storm at Ramblin Man Fair 2018, hitting the Boardie Takeover at Download Festival 2019 and now heading to Miami to play the legendary Kiss Kruise, supporting KISS and The Darkness.

In March 2017 the band entered Longwave Studios - Cardiff to record their debut album Under The Gun. Here they worked with acclaimed producer Romesh Dodangoda, famed for his work with artists such as Motorhead, Bring Me The Horizon and Bullet for My Valentine. On the 6th May 2017 'Under The Gun' was unleashed at a sold out album launch at the Black Heart Camden, which was then followed by high profile support slots with Stone Broken, Bullets & Octane and Diamond Head.

In 2018 the band continued its rise, with singles 'My Year' being named 'Track of the Week' and 'This Fight' featuring on the cover CD for Classic Rock Magazine. The band also embarked on their first Headline UK Tour, receiving coverage from Planet Rock Radio and the band being flagged as one of their 'Ones To Watch' for 2018. Biggest of all the boys secured a slot on Ramblin Man Fair 2018 and on 30 June played to a packed crowd at The Rising Stage. This was then followed by further high profile support slots, including Kris Barras Jizzy Pearl Love/Hate and The Von Hertzen Brothers.

In 2019 the band has gone from strength to strength, supporting Stone Broken on their UK tour, playing at Planet Rock Winter’s End, the Doghouse Stage at Download Festival 2019 and now set to play America for the first time playing the KISS Kruise with with KISS and The Darkness. With a slew of high profile festivals and new material to be released, 2019 is set to be Dead Man’s Whiskey’s biggest year to date and with a rapidly growing fanbase of 'Whiskey Chasers', this a band on the rise and in no mood for slowing down!'

News & Updates

One gutsy London group’s resounding ‘fuck you’ to the uncertainties and struggles of life as a new, growing rock band – with the strident declaration “this will be my year!”. Taken from debut album Under The Gun, this stomps forward with steely, pensive verses, weighty guitar grooves and grit-laced, rallying-against-the-world vocals. And some good, dirty swagger. - Polly Glass
